2017 Conference Review- Palm Springs

The 1st Annual Food Safety and Microbiology Conference took place March 20-22 in Palm Springs, CA and was a success by all measures. Featuring 18 excellent presentations by a variety of dynamic speakers, the conference was full of great discussion from start to finish.
